Production Assistant

Mindshow is seeking a Production Assistant to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our production team. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, from corresponding with external vendors to handling administrative duties, managing files, and lending a hand across all of our production processes.

**Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.**

**Responsibilities**- Ensure that Animation and Compositing Dailies are downloaded to the server and Shotgrid- Download materials provided by client and properly upload and log to our servers and Shotgrid/Flow accordingly- Assist with Daily Questions from vendors each morning; alert necessary parties to the questions and send the vendor the answers gathered- Assist the Production Manager in sending assets for review to clients- Collect and request client provided files; provide to the internal art team when needed- Update the shared project schedules according to Daily Resource Grid- Ensure the team gets dailies notes in (anim dailies, comp dailies, asset review deliveries if applicable)- Help create line sheets, music cues, etc, for the post production vendor

**Required Qualifications**- Proactive attitude- Strong organizational skills- Proficient with Google Workspace- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

**Desired Qualifications**- Previous experience working at a startup- A passion for animation and spatial computing

**About Mindshow**

Mindshow builds technology to produce real-time animation at scale.
