The East YMCA is looking for dedicated, caring swim instructors to provide safe and motivating aquatic instruction Our instructors facilitate socialization, participation, and interaction of all participants in a fun and positive environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be 16 years of age.
- Strong swim skills and basic knowledge of all swim strokes: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly (preferred)
- Current Lifeguard certification and YMCA Swim Instructor certification or equivalent preferred (not required)
