**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient care and appointment scheduling
- Handle phone inquiries, manage front desk activities, and respond to patient inquiries promptly
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient records management
- Maintain knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling practices
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the billing department for accurate insurance verification and billing procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dental office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient interaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
