DaVita is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our Northeast operating team, Avanti, as the strategic thought partner to the Group Vice President. The Northeast operating group includes 480+ dialysis centers across 8 states with over 5,500 teammates and $1B in revenue.

As the **_People Services (Human Resources) Director,_** you will focus on human capital strategies and organizational objectives to achieve strong business results and support our People Services Vision.

**About this role**:
The primary role of a People Services Director and your team of People Service Managers (HR Business Partners) is to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions of a high performing, dynamic regional division comprised of ~480 dialysis centers and hospital partnerships located in PA, NY, NJ, CT, MA, ME, RI, and NH. This division has approximately $1 billion in revenue and over 5,500 teammates.

- You'll be a champion of DaVita's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, leading talent review discussions or managing programs that help develop our teammates, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help teammates understand how people decisions get made.
- You’ll be an integral part of the leadership team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on People and Organizational topics. It’s your role to drive and execute the People Strategy that will support teammates in realizing their wildest ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done.

**_More specifically, we are looking for a: _**
- **_Operational Advisor _**:

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution to the Group Vice President and Division Vice Presidents. Provide insightful data to influence decision making and provide proactive solutions. Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- **_Talent Manager _**:

- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- **_Coach _**:

- Consult and collaborate with DaVita’s leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at DaVita.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA degree is a plus
- 5+ years of senior level HR Business Partner experience in a multi-unit environment
- Team Leadership Experience - this role has seven direct reports - People Service Managers
- Great at influencing through data, expertise, and strong relationships. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions
- Great communication skills and understand how to communicate large, complex change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
