Job Experience:
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) a MUST; at minimum 1 year of recent and relevant work experience. Background check and drug screen required.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating issues as necessary.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.
- Maintain and update project management tools and software.
- Support the Project Manager in risk management and issue resolution.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the project team.
**Qualifications**:
- Project Management experience, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based environment with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
- Collaborative team setting with regular interactions
Must have a valid Driver's License and must be 21+ to be able to drive our company vehicle as needed.
This is a Full time opportunity, work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
