**Job description**

Red Star Vapor is more than just your neighborhood vape shop. We set the bar by embodying a servant leadership mentality. Working on the floor and being in constant contact with customers, the key holder and assistant managers lead by example with a heavy emphasis on service. We strongly believe and display a passion unmet within the industry with a core belief that customer service comes first and foremost.

Your individual responsibilities will include meeting store objectives, overseeing daily store operations, motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team and fostering a customer-focused culture while building lasting relationships with our customers.

**Key Holder/Team Member Job Responsibilities**:

- Provide active supervision and direction of sales associates
- Support daily priorities to optimize the customer experience and increase sales with the customer mindset as a priority.
- Recognize and develop staff as needed. Ensuring everyone has the knowledge to succeed.
- Lead shop activities to ensure customer readiness and exceptional presentation standards are being met.
- Leads by example, ensuring a lasting impression is presented to anyone and everyone who walks into the store.
- Helps build a proactive and solution oriented customer centric culture within the shop.
- Have a deep understanding and know how of products carried within Red Star Vapor. Being able to teach and coach team members and customers on those products.
- Have a practical knowledge of store systems and ability to educate sales associates in best practices.
- Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the store, including activities required to open and close the shop, as well as involvement in daily operational functions.
- Maintain and keep store both clean and organized at all times.
- Place and complete orders on time while maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Communicate additional product and store needs to Store Manager.
- Prevents and minimizes loss prevention as required.
- Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

**Salary**: $14.35 per hour
