Teriyaki Madness is a fast-casual Asian concept satisfying guests with damn delicious, huge, made-to-order teriyaki bowls customized with all-natural, fresh ingredients and 7 house-made flavorful sauces. We serve delicious bowls that also happen to be healthy, but warningthey’re highly addictive.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

**Duties**:

- Own the success of our catering operations
- Communication with and support our catering customers
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions
- Manage the catering team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and ensure all dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated
- Manage the production of catering orders
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and adherence to health and safety standards
- Personally deliver orders to customer events
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and other necessary items
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and catering areas
- Ensure extraordinary guest experiences
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Step in and support storage manager and store team
- Form authentic relationships with catering clients and generate new catering leads

**Skills**:

- You have great communication skills
- You’re a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
- You like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
- You are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable automobile insurance, and “smart” cell phone
- You have your own vehicle that you can use for delivering orders, and you have an acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a catering or hospitality setting
- Strong cash and credit card payments handling skills
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during events
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- You have food or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- You’re committed to food safety and health safety
