**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The objective of the Executive Assistant is to support the executive team in the management of various personal and professional administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO, VP of Business and VP of Hospitality on business-critical projects across all enterprise business departments.

**POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create Executive, Leadership & Board meeting agendas, attend meetings, transcribe, and distribute notes.
- Manage the reservation, arrangement and support all offsite leadership meetings, including travel and hospitality as needed.
- Prepare weekly executive itineraries and schedules.
- Utilize productive tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint etc. in support of projects, and departmental needs.
- Monthly expense reporting for the executive team.
- Manage travel plans, itineraries, and reservations for business activities of the executives.
- Travel to tradeshows 2-4 times a year.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years of equivalent experience providing support for small and mid-market executives. Strong experience with both personal and professional administrative responsibilities.
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel. Must be able to utilize Excel to create reports and represent data efficiently to ease user understanding and utilization.
- Experience with completing expense reports.
- Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
- A can-do attitude, willingness to learn from others, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proactively meet tight deadlines.
- Hospitality background in hotels, convention centers, tradeshows, event management, or catering companies is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
