We strive to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Primary**
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the restaurant**.**
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
- Collect payments from guests.
- Take food or beverages orders from guests.
- Check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Serve food or beverages to guests, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Bring wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses, and pour the wines for guests.
- Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned throughout your tenure and understand they may change when the business grows and clients develop loyalty to the establishment.
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
- ** Requirements**:

- 3 year’s experience as a server
- Having strong attention to detail and the ability to retain and clearly articulate details of the bakery products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and impeccably organized
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, lifting, carrying and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 40 lbs
