**What you will do -**

As the Lead Segmentation Representative for second shift, you will be a highly proficient and quality focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans. You will also serve as an example to Senior Segmentation Representatives and assist in the training of members of their team in addition to achieving individual production targets.
- Enter segmentation request data into data base.
- Review CT scans for conformity to required protocol.
- Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D
Anatomical Bone Models.
- Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip
and Total Knee Arthroplasty.
- Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of
anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
- Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
- Document all activities according to prescribed methods and
procedures.
- Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.
- Serve as a first line problem solver for technical issues.
- Respond to and provide direct customer feedback and requests.
- Assist in the training and development of Senior Segmentation
Representatives.

**What you need -**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of work experience required
- Treatment Design Application (TDA) Certified (completed with sign off) required
- Must have the ability to work Second Shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am EST
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s)
