**Inside Sales Representative**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide customer quotations and follow up on open quotes.
- Process and confirm new orders.
- Create purchase orders for outside purchased parts.
- Proactively review customer orders for any delivery delays.
- Contact vendors regarding the status of open purchase orders.
- Support existing sales staff as necessary.
- NO COLD CALLING

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Capable of monitoring long term orders and customer requests.
- Ability to follow up and update customers with status of orders.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
- Experience with Quickbooks and/or Salesforce is preferred.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
