Coffee Warehouse Production Technician

**BonJo Coffee Roasters** is one of oldest and premier coffee companies in the North East.

We are seeking a Production and Warehouse Technacian to support our roastery operations and ensure the timely delivery of our product to local wholesale accounts throughout Fairfield, Westchester County and United States. When you’re in the roastery or warehouse, your attention to detail and ability to work as a part of the team will be essential to the fulfillment of our company mission. You will work with our Production Manager to organize and execute daily needs of coffee supplies and other various duties.

You will need also some technical skills to help in our Equipment Service Department where we'll teach you how to service coffee equipment

**Core Responsibilities**
- Assist the Master Roaster in the roasting of coffee
- Assemble product packaging accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, pick, and pack orders for local delivery as well as shipments for USPS, FedEx, and UPS
- Assist in maintaining inventory of production-related materials
- Learn how to work on Coffee Equipment
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast pace environment
- Deliver coffee, supplies, and equipment to BonJo's accounts if needed
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment and ensures machine cleanliness.
- Run errands

**Required Qualifications**:

- Read, Write, Speak and understand English
- Dependability and strong communication skills
- Unwavering attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to be punctual and dependable
- **Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record It's a must**:

- GED or HS Diploma preferred
- Prior machine operation experience helpful
- Hand/ eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to lift weights of 25 pounds on a regular basis and sometime up to 70 pounds
- Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend and stoop, twist kneel and reach overhead required.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience
