Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/ Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The Office Manager/Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing day to day activities, credentialing, hiring, insurance claims, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage team and insurance documentation efficiently
- Experience in team management and supervising roles
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to insurance benefits
- Ability to assist in event planning and calendar management
- Experience in vendor management to ensure smooth interactions with insurance providers
- Proficient in office operations, including front desk duties

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills in office management/ insurance coordination while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

This would be for two locations. 2 days a week in Lansdale and 2 days a week in Jeffersonville. No Fridays

Pay: $21.20 - $28.00 per hour
