Human Resource and Staffing Manager for Off Premise

Come join one of the DC area's fastest growing catering companies. Very rare opportunity to join at leadership level and help to blaze a path forward. We are looking for someone to head our HR & Staffing department.

We have already 12 years of continued growth. Consistent growth done mostly by word of mouth. We are looking for someone to come in and help take us to the next level in staffing and recruitment.

We are an off premise caterer with three distinct, unique brands and markets. We focus on locally sourced, seasonal foods prepared from scratch in a chef driven kitchen and paired with warm, gracious hospitality.

We are looking for someone with off premise catering experience. With the knowledge of a staffing roster that includes sales, kitchen, logistics and off premise event staff. Some one who has a passion for great food, proper drinks and the art of hospitality.

We will provide you with all the tools needed for you to do your job. A loyal and dedicated staff through our company. You will have a strong foundation built on our staff, vendors, clients and community in that order. Hands on ownership

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
