Lafayette, United States LTHC Homeless Services Full time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interview, orient and provide ongoing mentoring and training to case management staff.
- Provide regularly individual and team supervision of case management staff.
- Coordinate periodic professional development opportunities to support case managers’ ability to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Provide mediation in situations of client non-compliance or grievances.
- Monitor service delivery by case managers and conduct periodic program audits to ensure operational compliance with all grant funded programs, including fiscal, case noting and client outcome tracking.
- Review, approve and submit requests for financial assistance to clients and track when necessary to ensure TFA funds are not over-committed.
- Participate on the LTHC Leadership Team and provide reports and data as requested.
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with community partners and represent LTHC at events and community committees as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in human services or related field; and supervision experience.
- Ability to use Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for client tracking and producing appropriate reports.
- Knowledge of federal grant requirements for all programs (HUD and Veterans Administration).
- Experience working with substance use disorder and other mental health condition.
- Understanding housing first philosophy and harm reduction practices.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable access to transportation.
- Ability to provide proof of vehicle liability insurance.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor in working with clients, partners, and co-workers.
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to seamlessly adjust to changing priorities and complete required duties independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
