**Position Details**:
- **Sales and Leadership Experience**: Preferred but not mandatory - we are willing to train the right people.
- **Life Insurance License**: Must have or be willing to obtain.
- **Commission-Only Sales Position**: Average first-year agent makes $75K.
- **Proprietary Sales System**: Working warm leads in a turn-key business model.
- **Commission Structure**: Average commission starting out is $550 per sale with the ability to receive a 5% raise every 2 months based on production.

**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1 Year Outside Sales Experience**:

- **Life Insurance License**: Must have or be willing to obtain.
- **Conference Call Commitment**: Once licensed, be on a 30-minute conference call five days a week.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
