**Position Summary**

**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Process Management & Culture of Service Excellence
- Partner with the key stakeholders to design, build, execute, and measure strategic recruiting plans to attract the top talent.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment efforts for highly visible and hard to fill positions within our Pharmacy Growth, Front Store Operations, and Pharmacy Operations teams.
- Use data to solve problems in all areas of recruiting to define success and translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders.

Communication & Influencing
- Provide guidance and instruction for hiring managers and interviewers to improve their talent acquisition experience and ensure a fair and consistent hiring process.

Continuous Learning & Evolution
- Work collaboratively with the broader Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness, Pharmacy Growth, Front Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, and other teams, as needed, to contribute to overall engagement, development, and success.
- Demonstrate consistent agility, lead highly visible projects, and take constructive feedback to continue to elevate within your role.
- Demonstrate resilience through change and move forward on the change curve quickly and professionally.

**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrable track record of delivering high impact recruitment strategies and solutions for senior-level talent.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment analytics and reporting to track recruitment metrics and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
- Demonstrated capacity to independently identify and resolve challenges, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Experience working with remote teams or distributed workforce models.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
