**About Us**:
The Texas Pediatric Society (TPS), the Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics is an organization of over 4,000 pediatricians committed to the optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

**About the Position**:
The Texas Pediatric Society (TPS) is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as Program Manager. This role will oversee various grant-funded projects focused on children’s health and well-being. The Program Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met, data is effectively analyzed, and grant milestones are achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of grant-funded projects, ensuring objectives are met and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Conduct research and analysis on pediatric healthcare trends and data from payors and Texas Medicaid.
- Provide support to member-led committees and educational programs.
- Liaise with external organizations and attend public meetings on children’s health issues.
- Contribute content for organizational communications channels, including newsletters and social media.
- Coordinate continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with volunteers to develop resources for practices, patients, and families.
- Assist in project recruitment and data analysis.
- Respond to inquiries and support the needs of organizational members.
- Assist in the development of grant proposals aligned with TPS’ mission and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in healthcare administration or physician practice management
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and grant management experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Proficient project management capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within established deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and initiative-taking
- Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external constituents.
- Commitment to promoting and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with document collaboration platforms such as Box and SharePoint (preferred)
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, WebEx, and Teams (preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
