Job Summary:
Provides leadership and direction to health services operations, responsible for overall administrative operations (including:), serves as member of the Administrative Staff, participates in organizational receptionist, administrative support staff, medical and behavioral clinical support, medication administration and program development.

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading, planning, monitoring and improving the overall clinic performance to achieve excellence in the delivery of daily operations. The Director will assist in creating a disciplined organizational structure that allows Community Medical Wellness Centers USA to reach its strategic goal of serving the underserved.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all day to day operations of the Clinic.

2. Provides effective leadership to managers, supervisors and teammates in overseeing the delivery of quality, cost-effective patient care.

3. Assign workloads, develop priorities, and establish work schedules and policies necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

4. Serve as cross functional resource supporting the clinic expansion projects.

5. Conduct detailed and regular reviews. Get insight and direct feedback from physicians and other supervisors and managers.

6. Develops, analyzes, and implements processes and systems to enhance the patient experience and takes ownership of and drives needed improvement in all aspects of operations, including clinic productivity, patient satisfaction/experience, provider satisfaction/experience.

7. Plans, coordinates and effectively leads clinics to meet patient care, administrative, operational, and support requirements.

8. Responsible for the overall “Patient Experience” both in the Clinic and in all other interactions with Clinic staff.

9. Collaborates with leadership team in oversight of community outreach program.

10. Assures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to the delivery of medical and mental health care, and the operation of a community health center.

11. Maintains compliance with OSHA & CLIA regulations; performs testing of clinical interpretation competence in accordance with requirements.

12. In conjunction with Team Leadership, assumes responsibility for Clinical Quality Improvement activities and associated reports.

13. Assures compliance with operational component of contractual obligations; establishes monitoring systems, and prepares required reports.

**Skills**:1. Prior experience managing medical practices in a community clinic setting preferred.

2. Strong leadership, delegation and communication skills.

3. Knowledge of regulatory environment; of Federal, State, County, and City health care programs in primary care setting.

4. Ability to identify and solve problems, assess situations and opportunities and think critically.

5. Project management experience.

6. Proficient with Microsoft Office, which should include Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
