- 320 Coffee & Creamery currently has part-time and full-time openings for Barista positions at the Detroit Shipping Co. location in Midtown, Detroit, MI (on Peterboro St between Cass and 2nd)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Barista on our team, you will provide our customers with exceptional customer service and an exceptional coffee experience - making their time with you and with us unforgettable

THIS ROLE INVOLVES
- Greeting customers with a smile and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction
- The ability to consistently be a friendly, inviting, personality to every customer
- Being a knowledgeable resource to customers on all of our products
- Regular taste-testing of coffee to ensure quality as well as some palate training
- Accurately processing transactions in our POS system
- Communicating with team members and management to solve problems and improve service
- Fostering and supporting a respectful work environment and positive team atmosphere
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 25 pounds and climb up/down stairs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $11.00 - $15.00/hour.
