Cable Puller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cable Installation**:
- Pull, route, and secure electrical, communication, and other types of cables throughout ships.
- Ensure cables are installed according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:
- Inspect and maintain installed cables, identifying and repairing any damage or faults.
- Replace worn or damaged cables as needed to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Use proper protective equipment and follow safe work practices at all times.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of cable installations, including locations and types of cables installed.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cable installations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall project goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience as a cable puller or in a similar role, preferably in a shipyard or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with different types of cables and installation techniques.
- **Skills**:
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- **Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments typical of shipyards.
