Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Quality Inspector II.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 per hour. The hours for first shift are as follows; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Function**:
Performs and verifies visual, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, environmental and chemical, inspection functions relating to source, first article, receiving, in process, final and test operations using company or customer supplied drawings, equipment and/or procedures. Activities are detail oriented. Employee may be required to work overtime and travel when requested.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reviews and approves inspection/test data
- Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and procedures

**Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interface with customer/Government source inspection personnel
- Maintenance of inspection records in accordance with company procedures
- Generate and assist in the corrective/preventive action process
- Understand and support the Quality Management System
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education or Experience Preferred**:

- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship now and within the future.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
- Minimum of three - five (3-5) years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum of three - five (3-5) years inspector experience
