**Reports to**: Regional Director of Business Development

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Referral Generation**: Drive appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
- **Strategic Marketing**: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
- **Stakeholder Relationships**: Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
- **Territory Management**: Strategically manage and assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
- **Educational In-Services**: Provide regular educational sessions to accounts, becoming a valuable resource.
- **Compliance Champion**: Ensure adherence to local, state, federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.

**Qualifications You Bring**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: In Business Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Nursing experience preferred**: A vital asset to understand patient care intricacies.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrate three or more years of successful professional sales, preferably in healthcare.
- **Communication Guru**: Master communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Develop and execute a market-oriented plan that aligns with growth objectives.
- **Driving Force**: Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable, insured automobile.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with MS Office and able to leverage technology effectively.
