- Familiarity with revenue cycle management and financial concepts
- Experience in negotiating payment arrangements with debtors
- Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures and account reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
