**Job Overview**

The Cost Analyst/Project Coordinator is responsible for processing and evaluating project expenses through research and analysis. The employee will be responsible in performing administrative support to the project management team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Collect and enter daily timesheets into a job-costing computer software (B2W)
- Perform analysis on daily costs, enter daily costs onto a spreadsheet, and inform Superintendents on how they did the day before
- Offer administrative support to the project management team
- Upload Jobs into VP/B2W
- Generate T&Ms/CORs; making sure all invoices are attached and upload COR items manually in VP
- Read job specs and complete the job checklist after contract award

**Required Competencies**

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Required Education and Experience**

**Education**:

- High School diploma, working towards a bachelor degree or Bachelor Degree (Business, Engineering preferred)

**Experience**:
Oneyear in the construction field preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
