The Job/What You'll Do:
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for bringing the AssetMark story to life through segmented customer journeys. You will work closely with the broader Marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that supports customer journeys from end to end, leveraging paid and owned digital marketing channels to attract leads and grow existing clients. This includes managing and executing assets for deployment and detailed reporting, reviewing data to recommend development and expansion of content delivered through AssetMark’s marketing channels while tracking to established goals.

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be part of the Lifecycle Marketing team and will work cross functionally with teams across the company to support the advisor journey with AssetMark through digital marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute marketing campaign content in a variety of formats to drive brand awareness, client acquisition and growth across digital platforms, including, but not limited to social media platforms, search, third-party advertising, and web
- Manage the ongoing reporting and performance for digital marketing efforts to drive decision making and best practices working in collaboration with internal marketing teams and outside agencies
- Support the analysis of key KPIs by evaluating the impact and effectiveness of digital marketing activities that contribute to team and firm goals
- Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to own and execute the paid media marketing calendar across platforms, leveraging and informing the development of broad and targeted content to achieve specific KPIs, managing evergreen marketing campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives
- Support website and SEO strategy, particularly related to paid campaigns and conversion
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify paid and organic growth opportunities and develop specific plans to keep AssetMark at the forefront of innovation in digital channels
- Review and resolve data hygiene issues, including but not limited to missing or inaccurate data, CRM sync management, and cleanliness of data
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to recommend and support potential strategy changes and adoption of relevant techniques

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proven track record running successful paid and organic digital marketing campaigns through social media platforms, search, display, and web
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook), Google/web
- Analytical and experienced in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and SEO
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills (high EQ)
- Ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational leadership
- Critical thinker and highly data-driven
- Bias for action to problem solve and get things done
- Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing; financial services experience highly preferred
- Experience using HubSpot and Google Analytics, and knowledge of marketing technologies, including Vidyard, Salesforce, Sprout
- Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $65,000-$75,000._
- This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits._
