StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more - and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologisttraining ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has 300 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant General Manager to support our GM, drive sales efforts and contribute to the overall success of our StretchLab location. The AGM will be responsible for driving membership and session package sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the studio's revenue targets are met. This role requires a passion for fitness, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Sales Leadership:_
- Contribute to and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly membership and revenue targets.
- Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- _Lead Generation & Management:_
- Perform warm lead prospecting calls to potential customers that have expressed interest through grassroots and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build, develop and maintain grassroots marketing and networking.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
- Schedule and participate in “Pop Up” networking/ community events and studio promotions.
- _Customer Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients to understand both their wellness and fitness goals and needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients' needs are met throughout their StretchLab experience.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- _Performance Analysis:_
- Track and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and client retention to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to the studio owner and management team on sales performance.
- Operational Support:

- Work closely with the studio general manager, Flexologist and other sales staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
- Assist with scheduling, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate client records in the studio's ClubReady management system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience and Expertise**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets ideally in a fitness or wellness environment.
