Our Defense Sector is looking for a full-time Program Manager with Sales, Marketing and Business Development background to join them. The Program Manager position will report to the Director - Integrated Defense Systems and will have an onsite work schedule in Orlando, Florida.
**To be considered for the Program Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you**:
- 8 years prior military experience required, Special Operations Forces (SOF) desired
- 8 years’ experience with rotary wing aircraft weapons (Guns, Rockets, and Hellfire)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a government security clearance up to a Secret level
- _5+ years’ experience with ground or fixed wing weaponized platforms desired_
- _5+ years’ experience with Naval patrol boat or larger weaponized ships desired_
**As a Program Manager, you will**:
- Coordinate Moog Integrated Defense Systems Trade Shows - all aspects including budget
- Marketing Material Lead
- Lead for all Integrated Defense Systems Quotes and Proposals
- Responsible for Bookings Summary and Monthly Sales Activity Report
- Customer NDA Coordination with onsite Contracts Administrator
- Sales Business Development Trip Summary
- Program Manager for at least 1 to 2 key active customers within range of experience or former military service
- Active customer summary - living document with POCs and current assessment of pursuits (Pwin), customer needs, funding and timing of future contracts

**Salary Range**:
- $79,955.20 - $147,617.60
Pay Disclaimer:
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include a profit share bonus, employee stock purchase plan, a flexible paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
