**1st shift (8am to 4pm) - $10.00-13.00/hr**

**2nd shift ( 4pm to 12 am)-$12.00- $14.00/hr**

**Pick up Bonuses ranging from $15.00 to $65.00 per client**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with all activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Personal care including dressing and grooming
- Grocery shopping and errand running
- Transferring and transporting clients to appointments
- Meal preparation and help feeding

**Requirements**:

- 17 years of age or older.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation, valid driver’s license for 2 years (preferred), and automobile insurance if driving while on the job or seeing multiple clients per day. We do have clients that require no transportation.
- Must be able to pass criminal and driving background, and drug screen.
- HHA certificate (optional)
- Must be available to work some weekends/holidays.
