Customer Service Representative

We are centrally located in downtown Phoenix and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our talented team of long-term members. Trade-Wind Manufacturing specializes in residential kitchen ventilation, designed for both style and functionality. Our Trade-Wind branded products are sold in Canada and across America by a very well-known distribution partner in our industry. We are proud to manufacture all of our products here in downtown Phoenix and are one of a few left in our industry producing products in America.

Trade-Wind is recognized for delivering quality products and providing exceptional customer service. To further our mission of being the best in the industry, Trade-Wind is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Trade-Wind team.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Manage online parts store - process and ship small parts orders
- Manage production orders - input orders, ship orders, and invoice orders
- Create ground shipping labels
- Process warranty claims - troubleshoot problems and set up service calls
- Ensure that product literature and labels are fully stocked at all time

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or GED, required
- At least 2 years of related experience, required

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your current skill set (90-day review period)
- Paid two weeks of paid time off (accrual)
- Paid holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years’ Day)
- Weekly paychecks
- Medical insurance contribution available
- 401(k) matching (coming soon - fall of 2024)

**Schedule**
- Office hours are M-F, 7:00am until 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. (No weekend shifts required.)
- Requested start date: ASAP (flexible)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
