Overview:

- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct activity programs for assisted living.
- Evaluate each resident’s preferences and social ability.
- Review and evaluate each assisted living resident annually and update their service plan related to activity involvement.
- Interview each resident/family as necessary to obtain information concerning the resident's background to better provide activities to meet their needs.
- Review department policies at least annually.
- Assure compliance with the department budget.
- Order equipment and supplies for the department as needed.
- Arrange for groups to come into the facility for special entertainment
- Arrange off campus outings for residents.
- Serve on various committees within the facility as may be appointed by the Administrator.
- Keep families and the public informed of activities to promote good public relations, including social media posts.
- Recruit, orient, and assure that volunteer services are use appropriately and efficiently, scheduled, supervised and volunteer hours recorded.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
