Seeking full-time + benefits, Administrative Assistant III to provide support to executive stakeholders for Assistant Administrator of Human Resources office. The position is a hybrid, position requiring both in-office support and telework support. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare executive-level packages (memos, letters, orders/notices) for review and signature
- Compile reports from various managers to be submitted to AHR Leadership
- Provide client support in managing various calendars
- Serve as the point-of-contact for visitors and staff
- Provide client meeting support including approval/coordination of daily conference room reservations, provide setup support with Video Teleconferencing (VTC), i.e., polycom, projectors and laptop hookup, prepare/print agendas/PowerPoint presentations, capture meeting minutes, and disseminate to appropriate staff.
- Maintain office inventory for directorate staff, using the Automated Inventory Tracking System.
- Using the E-2 system, prepare local travel authorization/vouchers for several teams
- Schedule conferences for employees using FAA ReserveIt system and Zoom/Teams
- Coordinate concurrence/signature on correspondence using the EDMS system
- Maintain directorate inventory using AITS system
- Manage service tickets for building repairs
**Must have 6 years of relevant administrative experience, and be willing to undergo a background investigation**
**Prior FAA or other government agency experience and/or HR admin experience a plus**
Pay: $64,154.00 - $74,494.00 per year
