Manager, Chief of Staff - Finance Tech

What You’ll Own:

- You will assist the Finance Tech and Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) senior leadership teams with strategic planning
- You will work closely with all business units and functions to align operations with strategic plans
- You will impact results by maneuvering through appropriate formal and informal organization channels, influencing across all levels of the organization and across divisions
- You will assist in establishment and tracking of talent planning, coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, and the formation of employee engagement teams.
- You will assist with the creation and execution of an innovative Associate Development framework, with a long term focus on talent and skill development for all associates within the organization
- You will champion employee engagement and diversity consistent with the team’s efforts to mature our understanding and actions including opening pathways in order to increase the diversity of the team
- You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on schedule
- You will identify opportunities within the organization where processes can be streamlined, automated, or improved
- You will support partner teams with key department wide efforts and communications

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in Process, Project, or Program Management
- At least 2 years of experience working with technology teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Process, Project, or Program Management
- 3+ years of experience with business strategy management and execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
