The Site Foreperson is responsible for all construction operations on-site and manages the daily operations of a three to seven person crew. Duties include but are not limited to morning safety briefings, daily schedule, forecasting of materials, tracking of deliveries, oversight of work quality, interpretation of drawings, operation of heavy equipment and labor when necessary. The Site Foreperson is the first point of contact on-site and must represent the company in a professional manner while dealing with all inspectors, contract managers and visitors. Project sites will be located all over Maryland with a focus on PG County. The Site Foreperson reports directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for a company truck.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in ecological construction, including stormwater management, stream restoration, wetland enhancement, shoreline stabilization or similar construction activities in a comparable role. Education and experience in habitat management, ecology or similar field a plus. Valid Driver’s License required, Commercial Driver’s License a plus. PG County resident a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
