Insurance Licensed Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Be the front lines of our inbound calls and take care of routine service calls while routing complex issues to team members.
- Assist clients with their insurance policy needs, including coverage options, changes, billing, claims, and general questions about their policy.
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills related to insurance products and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information in the agency's system.
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Property & Casualty licensed required / Life & Health license preferred.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
