Construction Small Tools Dispatcher

This position will be responsible for dispatching and tracking small tools in for the SF Bay Area. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- First line support for internal customer calls and making sure the correct tools are deployed to projects.
- Dispatch and track small tools management daily.
- Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups.
- Manage and dispatch deliveries for the following day.
- Responsible for updating the missing or broken tools report daily. Responsible for updating the small tools inventory management reports weekly.

**NOTE**: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.

**QUALIFICATONS**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Knowledge of construction small tools equipment (i.e. skilsaw, bulldog tools).
- Experience using a software inventory management system for small tools equipment preferred.
- Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to create and implement cost-saving measures throughout the small tools department.
- Ability to multi-task and have strong organization skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain vendor relations.
- Strong work ethic, team player, ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**OTHER**:

- Ability to stand for long period of times.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
