Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair minor issues in residential properties, including houses, apartments, and other buildings.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
  • Execute all phases of kitchen and bathroom renovations.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or a related service field.
  • Proficient in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing touches.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of hand-held tools and equipment.
  • Possess personal hand tools; company will provide bench and specialty tools.
  • Able to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license without federal restrictions.
  • Current auto insurance and vehicle registration are required.
