We are looking for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will have duties related to both developing and implementing search engine marketing strategies for organic search efforts.

As an SEO Specialist, you will collaborate with our clients and marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of recent experience in an agency setting, with a strong focus on organic search engine optimization.
- Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in organic search rankings and traffic.
- Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Skilled in on-page and off-page optimization, including the ability to work with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and fixes.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to implement strategies that enhance organic reach at each stage.
- Ability to delegate to a team of junior SEO specialists in research, content creation, and technical SEO tasks.
- Capable of thinking critically and working effectively both collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent skills in analyzing data to draw insights and make strategic recommendations for ongoing SEO improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing content strategies and building relationships with external websites for link-building purposes.
- Adept at identifying and resolving issues that affect site indexing, rank, and traffic.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Pay: $46K-$51K DOE

Pay: $46,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
