Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will help develop marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
**The Opportunity**
You will report to the Director of CRM and work with our team to manage campaign schedules to ensure project requirements and deliverables are communicated.
- Support in the creation and management of marketing campaigns
- Help complete A/B testing
- Manage campaign schedules and assets
- Conduct analysis of marketing performance to identify opportunities
- Our office is in Exeter, New Hampshire, with the Marketing Specialist position available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont_

**Your Impact**
- Manage print and digital promotions calendar
- Create customized forecasts from sales data
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
- 2 years relevant experience in retail marketing
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
