Dock Lead

**Duties and ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Assign direction to LTO’s (including doors, paperwork, break schedule, etc.)
- Coordinate the stack off requirements as needed to support continuous converting line operations
- Contain any quality hold product
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean
- Complete all paperwork for loading/unloading/SHARP audits
- Conduct Safety Observations each shift
- Open/close all dock doors and ensure the load is properly secured

**REQUIRED Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate knowledge of inventory and damage control processes
- Excellent respectful communication along with good organizational skills
- Demonstrated adherence to all policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform duties efficiently and accurately unsupervised
- Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills modeling professional behavior

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum one year of warehouse experience
- Minimum two years of operating a lift truck

**PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods through hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to repetitively twist or turn to drive in reverse, stand, climb, kneel, stoop and squat, as needed
- Ability to turn steering wheel on lift truck requiring full rotation of arms and shoulders
- Must be willing and able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, and slide, push, or pull cases up to 50 pounds
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company
