Job Title: Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct document review and analysis under the supervision of attorneys.
- Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems.
- Provide administrative support for legal proceedings and client meetings.
- Assist clients in getting claims started as well as proceeding through litigation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using case management software.
- Review, collate and prepare medical specials packages for cases

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of personal injury law / procedures.
- Experience in legal administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Needles or similar case management software.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accuracy in documentation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
