Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lot Porter / Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our lot and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep the lot clean and organized for the Service Department
- Assist customers with locating vehicles
- Assist customers with transportation to and from the dealership.
- Drive vehicles to designated areas
- Support the Service team as needed
- Provide excellent guest services to all customers
- Perform light maintenance when needed to Service and Parts departments
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
- Experience as a delivery driver is beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
