**Job Summary**:
This position is a critical part of the administration at McCormick Ranch Golf Club, with the main focus on ADP Workforce Payroll and Office Management.

**Duties**:

- All aspects of payroll
- Timekeeping System
- Employee benefits and insurance management
- Administration of newly hired and former employees
- Office deposit reconciliation
- Records retention
- Purchase and organize office supplies
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Office organization
- Accounts Receivable and billing

**Core Competencies**:

- Organization: Utilizes strong organizational skills, works efficiently and looks for ways to continually improve workflow and systems
- Flexibility: Effortlessly switches between tasks as requested by management
- Communication: Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills
- Problem Solving: Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs
- Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience with payroll processing
- 2+ years in office environment
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
