- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct surveillance through security cameras and CCTV systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized activities
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents

**Skills**:

- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of security equipment
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer CPR if necessary
- Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR certificate is preferred
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Experience in a militarized or law enforcement environment is a plus
- Ability to effectively operate CCTV systems and other security-related technology
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
