American Commodities Brokerage Co., a privately held company dealing exclusively in the transaction of agricultural commodities, seeks a professional and motivated individual to join our Westchester County based team as a Jr. Logistics Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process agricultural commodity purchase contracts, coordinating pricing of futures.
- Schedule and track freight and shipments, delivering accurate and timely updates.
- Manage critical documents including purchase orders, bill of ladings, and export certificates.
- Expedite inquiry/issue resolution for all transportation modes.
- Provide diverse customer base with excellent customer service, without exception.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related.
- Zero to two years of related professional experience.
- Microsoft Office competency with focus on Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Highly organized, strong ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
