Hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, primarily focusing on new business generation
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics; develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and performance
- Content creation; write/create compelling and high-quality content to be used across all platforms, including web, blog posts and page descriptions
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Efficiently communicate with business development and sales team(s)
- Work in conjunction with technology (IT) team to reach desired e-commerce and data outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Brainstorm and implement new and innovative ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Specific experience in industrial/commercial sales or similar fields is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Solid understanding of APIs and experience integrating with various advertising platforms (Google Ads / Merchant Center, etc.).
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working with an industrial and/or commercial parts supplier or related industry.
