**Key functions**:

- Support of xTuple ERP system and any associated subsystems, including a major near-term upgrade
- Support of Configure One configuration/quoting system and Salesforce CRM system
- Manage internal sales and financial reporting processes
- Solve problems, create tools, and train colleagues

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business
- Business and I/T experience in a manufacturing environment - experience with xTuple ERP is ideal, experience with an ERP system of some kind is necessary - experience with Salesforce and Configure One is a plus
- Database Support experience with relational databases and SQL tools (Postgres experience a plus)
- Commitment to customer service and direct communication
