Director of Marketing

Job Purpose:
1.Branding:
- Provide creative direction and develop marketing products such as flyers, brochures, signage, catalogs, websites, and landing pages.
- Cultivate branding across various marketing channels to elevate brand awareness.
2. Planning:
- Create annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets to improve competitive position and market penetration.
- Work cross-functionally with all Pine offices to support critical initiatives and policies.
- Lead planning meetings and manage project schedules to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Advertising & Events:
- Drive traffic through advertising, promotions, SEO, websites, blogs, and more.
- Manage and oversee planning and execution of events such as webinars, branch events, and workshops.
- Target decision-makers to maximize impact and reach.
4. Website Strategy:
- Manage daily website operations, including e-commerce orders, sales quote leads, and payment processing.
- Continuously update product information, ensuring accuracy and relevance on the website.
- Launch digital campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and enhance lead generation.
- Manage social media channels and content creation to strengthen B2B and B2C relationships.
6. Lead Generation:
- Capture leads from various channels to grow sales and build relationships using our CRM.
7. Marketing Support Website:
- Develop and manage the addition of new Pine-branded merchandise items for branch ordering on a fully functional e-commerce platform.
8. Resource Management:
- Oversee the management of all marketing digital product resources available to Pine employees on SharePoint, websites, and social media sites.
9. Team Management:
- Supervise and manage the Assistant Marketing Manager and other marketing personnel on project deliverables and performance.
- Design and implement various marketing and operational projects for senior management and branches, including digital file management, service material development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating trade shows for the sales department. This involves planning, execution, and managing all aspects of the events to ensure they effectively showcase our products and services and foster business development opportunities.
- Conduct industry, customer, and competitor research to enhance Pine’s value proposition and brand image.
- Build and execute market development strategies for new and existing segments.
- Manage the performance of marketing personnel and relationships with external agencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Environmental or equipment rental background preferred
- Expertise in creative direction, content creation, graphic design, and publishing.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite and ChatGPT
- Strong knowledge of managing websites using Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM functionalities is advantageous.
- A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
