**Primary Responsibilities include**:

- Collects titles and lien releases for traded and purchased vehicles
- Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
- Collects titles and lien releases for trade vehicles and purchase vehicles.
- Maintains title due report
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist title clerk as needed

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Full time - Monday - Friday (40 hour work week)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Notary a plus
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is required for dealership employment
