Service Advisor-Entry Level
$18 an hour plus commission
The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their service needs. That means building loyalty, trust and creating an overall positive experience. Someone who is goal oriented, has a proven track record and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedules service appointments
- Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner while obtaining vehicle information
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems with accuracy and clarity on repair order
- Refers to service history, inspects the vehicle, and recommends additional needed service
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day
- Contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

- High School diploma or the equivalent
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
